November rhymes with writing challenges, and this year Talers is giving you all the tools you need to succeed! Discover the new features deployed today, designed to boost your creativity and save you precious time.
🤖 The AI Assistant arrives - Your personal coach
No need to waste hours explaining your world to an external AI. The Talers Assistant is now integrated into your project:
Brainstorming, rewriting, suggestions: ask it any question, it already knows your story.
The smallest templates are free for the whole month (perfect for testing).
The more intelligent premium templates are reserved for Pro subscribers.
Freedom and ethics: choose your supplier (open-source by default, or OpenAI/Mistral/Gemini), with the guarantee that your data remains private (never used to train models).
My philosophy : AI is a tool, not a replacement. It's up to you to decide how to use it - or not to use it at all. Above all, Talers remains your writing space, in your image.
I encourage you to try out the different models to find the one that suits you best. My favorites :
GPT OSS for small models,
Mistral Medium and Kimi K2 for medium models,
Claude Sonnet 4.5 for the smartest models.

🎭 Character sheets - Bring your heroes to life with one click
The most requested feature is finally here! Create detailed character sheets with :
An intuitive template (appearance, personality, story arc...).
Bonus: you can generate a character portrait sketch with a single click. The information you enter will be used to generate a portrait that resembles your character. Feel free to generate several times until you find the portrait that suits you best.
Portrait generation is completely free throughout November.
🖥️ New secondary panel design - Organize your space
The right-hand panel has been redesigned for greater fluidity:
Pin your favorite tools (AI Assistant, character sheets, objectives...) to access them with a single click.
Streamlined interface: less scrolling, more concentration.
🔄 Stability and archives - Write with a light mind
Synchronization bugs fixed: software stability greatly improved.
New "Archives" tab at project level, to help you browse and restore a previous version of your texts with a single click.
